Initiate your child to discover and learn French with our stimulating course “Les Boutchoux” and "Les Zouzous".

At Alliance Française de Christchurch, we believe that learning a second (or even a third!) language has many benefits for a child. A common belief is that when it comes to foreign language learning, younger is better !
For this reason, our courses “Les Zouzous” and “Les Boutchoux” are open to toddlers accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

The class aims to stimulate children's natural ability to express themselves through play, songs (“Savez-vous planter les choux” and "Tourne, tourne, petit moulin"), dance and storytelling like the « À la maison avec T'choupi ».

The teacher will focus on facilitating the interaction between the children and their parents, whether they are French natives or new to French. So it’s French for fun, for you and your little one!

Les ‘Zouzous’
Who: From 18 months to 2 y/o
When: Friday mornings 09:00-09:45
Where: At our premises, 275 Cashel street - We have a free car park and easy access to the building.
Price: $140 /term /child (10 sessions)

Les ‘Boutchoux
'Who: From 2 y/o to 5 y/o
When: Friday mornings 10:00-10:45
Where: At our premises, 275 Cashel street - We have a free car park and easy access to the building.

Price: $140 /term /child (10 sessions)

One carer is expected to stay for the whole session and participate.
